We are very experienced at quickly working out how they are gaining access. However, sometimes for some properties it's not always possible to work out how they are gaining access. For example, they may be coming through to your cavities from an adjoining property you don't own. We have solutions though for every case, that will work.

We also work with a specialist drain contractor when needed, as rats can gain access via a fault in the waste system under a property.
